Toofan Hel-Ataei Persian: طوفان هلعطایی (December 16, 1946 – June 5, 2012), known by his stage name Toofan Persian: طوفان, was an Iranian composer, musician, and singer based in Los Angeles. The song "God of the Skies" is one of his most famous works.
