Openside

Cellarr (formerly known as Maybe Rave and OpenSide) is a retired band from Auckland, New Zealand that played from 2012 to 2023. It was formed under the name Maybe Rave by Jen Newton, PJ Shepherd, Harry Carter and George Powell. Newton, the original singer, left the band in 2014 and was replaced by Possum Plows, who themself later left the band in 2020. Maybe Rave changed their name to Openside, inspired by the sport Quidditch where one of the positions is Openside Chaser. In 2016, the band released their debut EP album "Push Back" which reached number twelve in the New Zealand Charts and number two in the New Zealand Music Charts. In 2020, Plows left the band the remaining members changed their names to "Cellarr", which dissolved in 2023.
