The series is known for launching the careers of Jules LeBlanc, Hayden Summerall, Brooke Elizabeth Butler, Indiana Massara, and more. A spinoff series, Chicken Girls: College Years, which follows Rooney and Birdie in college together, debuted online on August 2, 2022.
