Luís Carlos Pereira Carneiro (born 8 September 1988), known as Licá, is a Portuguese footballer who plays as a right winger for ACDR Lamelas. He amassed Primeira Liga totals of 229 matches and 40 goals over 11 seasons, after starting his professional career with Académica. He represented six other top-flight clubs, mainly Estoril and B-SAD. He also had brief spells in Spain and England. Licá won one cap for Portugal, in 2013.
