Black Neon

Black Neon is a 1991 Australian film. It was written by Edward Stazak and James Richards, who both star; Richards also directed. The two men had worked together on Day of the Panther and Strike of the Panther. The movie was also known as Bouncers during production. The film was not theatrically released but screened on Australian television.
